Grace Paul founded IAMG in 2005 to give serious authors a single, reputable house representing every layer of their career — from the editor's desk to the radio studio to the international rights table. Every division director answers to this office, and every author signed by IAMG passes across her desk.

When I started IAMG, the industry told authors to pick one — a publicist, an agent, a publisher, a broadcaster. Six different addresses, six different relationships, six different invoices.
We rebuilt that into one office, six divisions, one signature. The director above each pillar reports to me. The standard is the same in every room.
